The Bubble Barn was built in 2001 and sits on a 50' X 140' corner lot on Main Street in Fessenden. This 32' X 66' steel building rests on an 8" concrete slab. The front portion of the building is a 20' X 32' office space. There is an entrance for the office directly in front on Main Street as well as a side door on the south. This area is cooled by ductless central air. The back portion of the building is the car wash. The car wash is set up to handle large trucks and equipment. The openings are 12' X 12' overhead doors with heavy duty openers. There are controls both in the building as well as outside to open and close the doors. The wash bays are controlled with a humidity controlled system. There is floor heat throughout the entire building including the 3 foot apron near the outside entrance doors of the car wash which is electric off peak with propane as a backup source. The entire building is set up with a high quality video security system not only in the office space but in the car wash bays also. It is a 32 day picture system with one tape per month.
